How Do I Renew My Hope?

When you feel like its hopeless…. your relationship is ended, you invested so much time you thought “finally this is it!” but alas it wasn’t meant to be. Where do you go from here? How do I start again, I’m 38 unmarried and childless. How do I renew my hope?
