Preparation

Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.

Not that I speak in regard to need, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content: I know how to be abased, and I know how to abound. Everywhere and in all things I have learned both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.

Seek first God’s kingdom and what God wants. Then all your other needs will be met as well.

If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask Him!

The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD, and He delights in his way.

Never stop praying.

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation, the old has gone, the new has come!

Now all glory to God, who is able, through his mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think. Glory to him in the church and in Christ Jesus through all generations forever and ever! Amen.

For the vision is yet for an appointed time and it hastens to the end [fulfilment], it will not deceive or disappoint. Though it tarry, wait [earnestly] for it, because it will surely come, it will not be behindhand on its appointed day

But forget all that, it is nothing compared to what I am going to do.

See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up, do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the desert and streams in the wasteland.

If you need wisdom, ask our generous God, and he will give it to you. He will not rebuke you for asking.

You ought instead to say, If the Lord is willing, we shall live and we shall do this or that [thing].

I know that You can do everything, and that no purpose of Yours can be withheld from You.

Give, and you will receive. You will be given much. Pressed down, shaken together, and running over, it will spill into your lap. The way you give to others is the way God will give to you.

For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, Be removed and be cast into the sea, and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says.

And my God will meet all your needs according to his glorious riches in Christ Jesus

[Put first things first.] Prepare your work outside and get it ready for yourself in the field, and afterward build your house and establish a home.

I applied my heart to what I observed, and learned a lesson from what I saw

I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth. He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber.I will lift up my eyes to the hills

Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God
