Anuptaphobia: The fear of being or staying single.
Fear is the opposite of faith and God didn’t give us a spirit of fear but of power and of love and of a sound mind. (2 Tim 1:7)
If you live in this state of fear, you will somehow bring it to pass e.g. scaring your potential mates off with your desperation! And like Job said, “the thing that I feared the most has come upon me” (Job 3:25)
Choose to live in faith and believe your Father in Heaven for the very best for your life even if it means being single for a season. So don’t give into a fear of staying single. Confess daily that:
