Heavenly Father, I humbly come before you in prayer, I give you all the glory and honor
- Lord Jesus, I thank You for saving me and cleansing away my sin at the cross
- I confess with my mouth that I belong to You. You are Lord over my life. The devil has no power over me because I am cleansed and covered by Your precious blood
- I now confess all of my sins, known and unknown. I repent of them now. I ask You Lord, to forgive me in the name of Jesus
- Dear Lord, grant me the spirit of discernment to distinguish between right and wrong, truth and deception, and good and evil.
- Lord, you promised in Your word that if anyone lacks wisdom, they should ask You, and You will give it generously without finding fault (James 1:5). I humbly ask for Your divine wisdom and understanding.
- I rebuke any spirit of confusion, doubt, or deception that may hinder my ability to discern Your will.
- Lord, help me to discern the true intentions and motives of those around me, and grant me the discernment to make wise and godly choices in all aspects of my life.
- Fill me with discernment that I may see the path You have set before me and have the strength to walk in it, even when it is not easy or popular.
- Grant me the discernment to recognize the opportunities You place before me and the courage to seize them for Your glory.
- Lord, may Your spirit of discernment guide me in all my relationships, decisions, and actions so that I may live a life pleasing to You.
I pray all these things in the name of Jesus and give You thanks and praise, Lord, for the wisdom and discernment You provide. Amen.
